We offer small caseloads, individualised employment coaching and have over 7 years experience in helping people achieve employment.
Yesterday we attended a zoo, not just for fun to fill a person with disability's day with an activity, but to talk to the staff, learn about certifications, learn about what is involved in being a volunteer and the pathways to employment within Zoos.
We came away with action plans, renewed goals and plans, steps to improve the possibility for employment to fill the dream of working with animals for one young person.
The leadership this person showed by learning, directing and leading me around the zoo were important employability skills one doesn't learn sitting in an office appointment. Combined with fresh air and sunshine for mental health.
